Cleaning and Sanitisation: a Precise Method
From the simplest cleaning tasks to more complex sanitisation, Nival classifies its actions based on the level of contamination risk in the areas, certifying its actions so as to provide the maximum safety level.
According to the customer’s requirements and the established sanitisation plan, Nival supplies products, machines and personnel specially-trained for all the cleaning tasks.
We initially establish what tasks need to be performed with an analysis of all the areas concerned, preparing a customised sanitisation plan with a detailed list of the procedures to be followed in the various zones.
Every area is assigned a colour code based on the type of environment, to act as a guide to the cleaner on the various levels of contamination risk and on the appropriate equipment to be used.
White Code
Sanitisation for areas with a low contamination risk Carried out in line with the customised sanitisation protocol
SECTORS: Private offices, storerooms, business premises in general.
Green Code
Sanitisation for areas with a medium contamination risk Carried out in line with the customised sanitisation protocol
SECTORS: public offices and business premises open to the public, such as hairdressers, doctors’ surgeries, schools, restaurants etc.
Blue Code
Sanitisation for areas with a high contamination risk Performed in line with the HACCP protocol
SECTORS: Production lines in the food and non-food sectors, premises with contact with the public, such as hotels, schools, cinemas, transport etc.
Red Code
Sanitisation for areas with the maximum contamination risk Performed in line with the HACCP protocol
SECTORS: Hospitals, clinics, laboratories, clean rooms etc.

Constant checks
We also constantly study bacterial load, so as to periodically change the formula of detergents and ensure that cleaning agents always have the maximum effect on bacteria. After each cleaning operation we carry out a thorough check with dedicated tools, such as a bioluminometer.
All workers are properly trained about the risks in the areas where they will need to perform their tasks, and are provided with all the PPE required by the client company so as to minimise any risks of injury during cleaning.
